Lamb Shank
Slow cooked lamb shank in our marinated sauce. Served with mash potatoes and veg.

Traditional turkey, slow cooked and baked in the oven. Served with vegetables and roast potatoes.
Pork Belly
Rolled and roasted lemons and herbs sausage stuffing, apple puree, dauphinoise potato.
